Cadent Gas is seeking a Technical Administrator (Training) on a 12-month secondment to recruit, develop and support the people who run our Dispatch operations. You will coordinate recruitment, support assessment centres, facilitate training and mentor new starters throughout their learning journey.

As our Technical Administrator (Training), you’ll play a pivotal role in recruiting, developing and supporting the people who keep our Dispatch operation running smoothly. This isn’t just about administration, it’s about helping colleagues build the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed.
Working closely with Dispatch Specialists, Training teams, HR and key stakeholders across the business, you’ll coordinate recruitment activities, support assessment centres, facilitate training programmes and mentor new starters through their learning journey. From identifying future training needs to maintaining learning materials and tracking development outcomes, you’ll help ensure our teams are equipped to deliver brilliant customer service every day.
