Job summary

Integral Ad Science seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our Technical Customer Operations Team for Northern Europe. You will act as the main technical go-to person for integrated clients, troubleshoot issues, and provide high-touch consultative services across Product, Engineering, and other functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical account/relationship management or client-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and data analysis.
• Experience with web traffic analysis tools and ad serving tags.
• Experience with APIs and SDKs.
• Knowledge of social platforms including integration, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical point of contact for integrated clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalate to tier 2 only when necessary.
• Provide high-touch consultative technical services to premium clients.
• Coordinate updates and insights with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.
