Job summary

Integral Ad Science is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join the Technical Customer Operations Team for Northern Europe. You will act as the main technical go-to person for integrated clients, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with Product, Engineering and other teams to ensure client success.

The role requires 3–5+ years in a technical account/relationship role, a technical degree, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in a technical account/relationship management/client-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Proficiency in JS, SQL, HTML and data analysis.
• Experience with web traffic analysis tools and ad serving tags.
• Experience with APIs and SDKs in ad tech.
• Experience with publishers and publisher ad servers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical point of contact for integrated clients and address questions or issues.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, pinpoint problems and provide solutions; escalate to tier 2 as needed.
• Provide in-depth updates and insights on clients from a technology perspective to cross-functional teams.
• Deliver high-touch consultative technical services to premium clients.
