Job summary

Integral Ad Science UK Ltd. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join the Technical Customer Operations Team for Northern Europe.

You will be the main technical go-to person for our most premium clients, troubleshooting issues, guiding integrations, and coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure success. The role requires 3–5+ years in a technical account or client-facing role, a technical degree, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a technical account/relationship management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Proficiency in JS, SQL, HTML and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for integrated clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with tier-2/product teams as needed.
• Provide high-touch consultative technical services and insights to premium clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Pricing and Legal teams.
