Team Jobs - Commercial in Hampshire is looking for a Technical Account Manager to move from field engineering to a customer-facing, office-based role. You will be the technical contact for existing customers, advising on solutions and ensuring projects and service requirements are delivered to a high standard.

With a strong background in intruder alarms, CCTV and access control, you will build long-term relationships, prepare quotations, and coordinate with engineers to provide outstanding

Qualifications

• Experience in Fire & Security industry is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of intruder alarms, CCTV and access control.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to understand customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Provide technical guidance on fire and security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV and access control.
• Prepare quotations and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure work is planned and completed efficiently.
• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing customer systems and services.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while building long-term client relationships.
