Job summary

Confidential in Hampshire is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support existing customers with technical guidance and account management, leveraging a strong background in intruder alarms, CCTV and access control.

Based office-based between Southampton and Portsmouth, the role offers a salary from 35,000+, Monday–Friday, with training and career development.

You will be the technical point of contact, building long-term relationships and ensuring service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fire & Security industry is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of intruder alarms, CCTV and access control.
• Engineering background is advantageous for a move into account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Provide technical guidance on fire and security systems including intruder alarms, CCTV and access control.
• Prepare quotations and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer enquiries from first contact through to project completion.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing customer systems and services.
