Job summary

Bloomberg is seeking a Technical Account Manager for ETFs and Mutual Funds in London. You will manage top partners, ensure data quality, and drive robust data workflows for funds data, pricing, and regulatory data.

You will build relationships with fund houses, custodians, administrators, and exchanges, educating partners on best practices and new data sets, while staying ahead of industry trends and delivering exceptional support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or CFA/CAIA certification.
• Experience in customer service or client relationship management.
• Experience with international business groups and clients.
• Knowledge of IT and data analysis (Excel, SQL, Python).

Responsibilities

• Manage our highest priority accounts with critical content partners.
• Provide outstanding support to our content partners.
• Learn from content partner interaction to anticipate partner needs.
• Establish, maintain and improve relationships with Content Partners to develop and implement technologies/workflows and facilitate onboarding of new data sets.
• Play a key role in implementing data rights and entitlements while understanding downstream impacts.
• Prioritize and manage projects with multiple partners to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Partner with internal Content Relationship Managers to understand themes/challenges and build long-term solutions.
• Take ownership of opportunities to improve data products and acquire new content.
• Proactively manage campaigns to stay engaged with content partners and maintain content quality.
• Balance technical and product knowledge to implement solutions for content partners.
• Write detailed, accurate and complete specifications/requirements.
