Experience in a client-facing technical role such as Technical Account Management, Client Services, Technical Support or Customer Success. Understanding of electronic trading technologies, connectivity solutions and the FIX Protocol. Experience supporting customer onboarding, certification, testing or readiness activities within a financial services environment. Degree qualified or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience working in a customer-facing environment, building effective relationships and delivering positive client outcomes. Good communication and customer management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities, manage competing deadlines and support project delivery in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to investigating issues and identifying effective solutions. Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and deliver a high-quality customer experience. Good understanding of IT infrastructure, connectivity, networking concepts and client-facing technology solutions. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities and develop expertise within financial markets and trading technologies.

A collaborative and supportive environment where you'll work alongside experienced professionals across Product, Technology, Operations and Client Services teams.
