Job summary

RTB House is a leading AI-driven AdTech company delivering Deep Learning-powered performance solutions. We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead client integrations on e-commerce sites and apps, optimize campaigns, and translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.

With 2+ years in online tech or digital advertising, you will handle campaign launches, debugging, and analytics tooling.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in online technology, e-commerce and/or digital advertising.
Fluent English (C1/C2).
Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
Experience with debugging tools (e.g. Chrome DevTools).
Experience with Google Analytics 4; MMP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage all technical issues related to campaign launching and execution.
Supervise the creation of advertising materials (dynamic ad banners).
Adjust campaign parameters and test how changes influence performance.
Work closely with account managers to deliver high standards of customer service.
Propose solutions for tools and processes.
Anticipate market shifts and technical challenges before they impact performance; deliver preemptive solutions.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact, translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
