WWT EMEA UK has an opportunity for a TAM to serve as the main technical contact for a flagship account, supporting our UK Sales and Engineering team based in London.

The TAM will present and promote WWT solutions, aligning them with customer needs, and qualify sales opportunities based on technical requirements, competition, decision-making processes, and future strategies.

Responsibilities include:

Business Partnership & Consulting

  • Identify key OEMs and partners to collaborate with for your accounts.
  • Maintain understanding of OEMs’ current and future roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with WWT practice leaders to stay relevant in the European market.
  • Represent WWT by writing articles, sharing opinions, and presenting at customer events.
  • Build trustworthy relationships within clients to anticipate challenges and provide strategic technical advice.

Technical Expertise and Support

  • Leverage industry knowledge to serve as a technical liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Deliver effective presentations, highlighting WWT’s differentiators and solution value.
  • Support sales pursuits and campaigns, leading customer meetings independently when needed.
  • Develop customer penetration strategies and maintain technical aspects of the account business plan.

Resource Planning & Optimization

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve their goals.
  • Ensure compliance with the Pursuit Management Framework (PMF).
  • Act as the technical escalation point for the account.
  • Understand the process for creating pre-sales artifacts like BOM, LOE, SOW, etc.

Continuous Learning and Certifications

  • Stay updated on industry trends such as ORAN, disaggregation, APIs, virtualization, and B2B technologies.
  • Obtain and maintain relevant technology certifications as required.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
