Quantexa is seeking a nine-month maternity-cover Academy Team Lead to deliver high-quality technical learning experiences for colleagues, customers and partners. You will run face-to-face and online training, assess learner work, and help shape the Academy's curriculum across Education Services, Cloud, Delivery and Solution Engineering.

You will act as a key interface between learners, clients and partners, contributing to ongoing development of technical training programs and content.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data processing pipelines and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Elasticsearch).
• Proficiency in Scala, Java or Python.
• Experience delivering technical training and live coding in both face-to-face and online environments.
• Experience assessing technical projects, viva assessments, and providing constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely learner support through online sessions and digital channels, including troubleshooting technical issues and delivering live code demonstrations.
• Evaluate learner projects and assessments with fair marking criteria and timely feedback.
• Plan and conduct viva assessments for assigned learners.
• Detect and address plagiarism and inappropriate AI use.
• Deliver engaging training sessions (face-to-face and online) with high learner participation.
• Maintain and improve training code, environments and program setup; resolve bugs.
• Collect learner feedback to improve Academy programs and experiences.
• Collaborate with Training and LMS Administrator to support smooth delivery of programs.
• Contribute to development of technical curricula and communications for Quantexans, customers and partners.
• Coordinate with Cloud and Delivery teams on VDI setup and alignment of assessment criteria.
