Quantexa is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our Design & Publish Team. You will turn complex topics—data, analytics, software and FinTech—into engaging learning experiences from discovery to published solution.

You will work independently, own projects end-to-end, and collaborate with Product, R&D and Delivery teams, enabling the platform to evolve while maintaining high-quality training content.

Qualificações

• Experience designing technical or complex training content.
• Solid knowledge of designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs based on adult learning.
• Good understanding of at least one programming language (Java, Scala, Python or any other OOP).
• Strong written communication skills and ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Experience or curiosity in using GenAI for content creation, automation and productivity.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, proactive and solution-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Design and update technical learning solutions for customers, partners and employees.
• Apply best practice in learning design methodologies, accessibility and user experience.
• Build assessments and use learner feedback and data to shape design decisions.
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed up research, authoring and quality checks with human review.
• Work with subject matter experts and Product, Delivery and R&D teams to turn platform knowledge into training.
• Take ownership of programs and keep content current as the Platform evolves.
• Research documentation, demos, recordings and learner feedback for accuracy and quality.
• Plan and track content projects, flag risks early and keep stakeholders informed.
• Use Confluence, Jira, SharePoint and Asana to manage tasks and collaborate.
• Identify and lead introduction of new tools or AI approaches to improve learning.
