Qualifications

• Proven experience creating technical documentation and training materials.

• Experience producing documentation for Salesforce or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain clear, concise, and engaging documentation.
• Interview key stakeholders to extract and translate technical knowledge.
• Develop user guides and knowledge-base content.

Skills

Proven experience creating technical documentation

Ability to communicate complex concepts

Strong writing and editing skills

Experience using documentation tools (e.g. Confluence)

Familiarity with video documentation formats

Understanding of Salesforce ecosystems
