Job summary

PRIMA Partners is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform. The role involves hands-on coding, architecture leadership, and regular client workshops.

You will guide technical strategy, mentor teams, and present solutions to stakeholders. UK-based clients, hybrid work, and occasional customer-site visits are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership capacity.
• Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions as a Technical Architect.
• Strong hands-on expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, data modelling, and platform automation.
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience, including workshops, whiteboarding, solution design, and technical presentations.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor Salesforce development teams, conduct code reviews, and set technical standards.
• Current Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, or equivalent.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship and flexibility to attend customer sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
• Facilitate workshops and whiteboard sessions; translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Maintain hands-on involvement with Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and code reviews.

• Engage with clients directly to present solutions and guide technical discussions.
