Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Commercial Counsel to lead enterprise contracting for AI products and strategic partnerships. You will negotiate high-value agreements, draft sophisticated tech contracts, and work with Sales, Finance, Product, and Legal to align commercial strategies in a fast-paced environment.

You will design scalable legal structures to support product selling while mitigating risk, and act as a legal AI ambassador, using company tools to drive efficiency and learning.

Qualifications

• JD and bar license in CA or NY; in-house counsel eligibility.
• 8+ years of legal experience in tech or enterprise deals.
• Experience negotiating enterprise software/AI tech contracts.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate high-value enterprise agreements and technology deals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, Finance, Product, and Legal to align strategies.
• Design legal structures to enable selling products while mitigating risk.
• Act as legal AI ambassador; use products to accelerate learning and productivity.
