Qualifications

• Significant experience recruiting technical talent in fast-moving tech or product teams.
• Deep recruiting experience across Software Engineering, Data, AI and/or Security; product/design helpful.
• Strong sourcing and talent-mapping abilities to reach beyond the obvious candidate pools.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership and data-driven focus.
• Practical use of AI in recruiting and understanding crypto/fintech ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Data and Security, from search kickoff to offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand teams, define success, and build hiring strategies.
• Find exceptional technical talent in competitive markets via proactive sourcing and mapping.
• Provide data and market insight in hiring conversations and adjust strategies when needed.
• Apply AI across sourcing, screening, research, market mapping and reporting to improve impact.
• Contribute to process, tooling, and ways of working to raise hiring quality and efficiency.
