Job summary

Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our established team on a fixed-term contract. You’ll recruit for technology-focused roles, manage end-to-end processes and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

You’ll use LinkedIn Recruiter, build pipelines, engage passive talent and coordinate multiple vacancies, with a hybrid model requiring 1–2 days per week at the Cobalt office.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology or specialist recruitment campaigns.
• Strong sourcing skills and building talent pipelines.
• Experience using ATS and engaging with candidates.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recruitment across technology-focused vacancies from attraction to hire.
• Drive recruitment activity and proactively identify talent.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to attract passive candidates.
• Coordinate recruitment processes and maintain accurate data in the ATS.
