Centrepoint is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Officer to join the Manchester team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for Housing and provide guidance to managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will coordinate Ofsted safer recruitment checks, maintain compliant records, and support recruitment improvements while working in a hybrid office model with regular in-person days in Manchester.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to advise hiring managers and manage competing priorities.
• Experience applying Ofsted safer recruitment processes and pre-employment checks.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Managing recruitment campaigns across Housing, from vacancy approval and advertising through to interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Acting as the main recruitment contact for Housing managers, providing practical advice and updates.
• Leading the completion of Ofsted safer recruitment checks, including DBS, right to work, references, and identity checks.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential and auditable records in our applicant tracking system and Ofsted trackers.
• Preparing contracts, offer paperwork and onboarding communications.
• Developing talent pools and contributing to recruitment reporting and service improvements.
