Job summary

easyJet holidays is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technology to lead end-to-end recruitment for Product Delivery, Architecture, Data, Platforms, Development and DevOps. The role is based at our HQ near Luton Airport with a hybrid model (3 days in the office) and a strong emphasis on sourcing and partnering with technology leaders.

You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle from briefing through to offer, build candidate pipelines, assess technical capabilities and drive an inclusive

Qualifications

• Previous Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience, either in-house or agency.
• Experience recruiting Technology roles across multiple disciplines.
• Strong understanding of technology roles, skills and candidate markets.
• Direct sourcing skills with proactive candidate engagement.
• Comfort using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels to build pipelines.
• Ability to translate vacancy requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and functional leads.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive, organized approach with strong workload management and candidate care.
• Ability to adapt sourcing approaches when outcomes aren’t delivering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology leaders to understand roles, skills and priorities.
• Manage technology vacancies from briefing through assessment, interviews, offers and pre-onboarding.
• Build targeted sourcing approaches for roles across Product, Architecture, Data, Platforms and Engineering.
• Proactively find and engage candidates via direct sourcing, advertising, talent mapping, networks and referrals.
• Screen and assess candidates; provide hiring managers with clear recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and keep them engaged through process.
• Provide regular updates and flag risks early to keep recruitment moving.
• Create a positive and inclusive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Use data and market insight to adjust sourcing activity as needed.
