Job summary

easyJet holidays is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead within the People Team at our HQ near Luton Airport. The role is full-time with a hybrid model (3 days in the office).

You will develop and own the talent acquisition strategy, oversee senior recruitment and partner with leaders to deliver effective hiring plans. You will enhance employer branding, implement robust assessment methods, use market insight and data to guide decisions, and manage budgets and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Extensive talent acquisition experience, ideally in travel.
• Experience in matrix organisations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing TA strategies and employer branding.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment decisions and market insight.

Responsibilities

• Develop TA strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead recruitment for senior and specialist roles.
• Partner with leaders to design hiring plans.
• Review processes and technology for efficiency.
• Design fair assessment methods and reduce bias.
• Manage recruitment data, trends, and reporting.
• Lead graduate and work experience programmes.
• Develop employer brand and EVP across channels.
• Coach managers on best practice in recruitment.
