Job summary

easyJet holidays is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead (Product Delivery) to lead strategic digital initiatives and coordinate delivery with Product Owners, technology teams and third-party suppliers.

You will shape delivery plans, manage progress and ensure solutions meet quality, budget and timelines from our HQ near Luton Airport, on a hybrid model with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience delivering digital solutions.
  • Experience with third-party technology suppliers to achieve outcomes.
  • Track record delivering complex solutions across multiple teams.
  • Experience managing onshore and offshore delivery partners.
  • Experience managing delivery budgets and using data for decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, including engagement with senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative, motivated teams.
  • Strong organisation, planning and time management.
  • Confident translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Owners to provide technical guidance and support the delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Support technology roadmap planning through estimation, resource planning and delivery input.
  • Work with architecture teams to develop and evolve solutions through discovery and delivery.
  • Embed agile ways of working and continuously improve delivery practices.
  • Manage successful delivery of technical solutions, ensuring milestones, budgets and timelines are met.
  • Support changes to scope, timelines and costs through delivery processes.
  • Facilitate planning activities and help teams build clear delivery roadmaps.
  • Provide regular updates on delivery progress, risks and outcomes to stakeholders and governance groups.
  • Lead internal and third-party delivery teams to develop, test and release software solutions.
  • Identify and manage delivery risks and issues with mitigation plans.
  • Encourage collaboration across teams to improve solutions and delivery outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement across technology delivery with focus on efficiency, quality and automation.

Technical Delivery Lead (Product Delivery)

Technical Delivery Lead (Product Delivery) sits within the Technology team at easyJet holidays, supporting the delivery of digital products and solutions that help create great holiday experiences for our customers. Working as part of the Delivery capability, you’ll collaborate with product teams and technology partners to turn business priorities into successful technical outcomes.

In this role, you’ll lead the technical delivery of strategic initiatives, working closely with Product Owners, technology teams and third-party suppliers. You’ll help shape delivery plans, manage progress, and ensure solutions are delivered to agreed quality, budget and timescales.

You will be responsible for:
  • Partnering with Product Owners to provide technical guidance and support the delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Supporting technology roadmap planning through estimation, resource planning and delivery input
  • Working closely with architecture teams to develop and evolve solutions through discovery and delivery

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Experience managing delivery budgets and using data to support decision-making and transparency
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders
  • Experience embedding delivery best practices across suppliers and teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build collaborative, motivated teams and strong working relationships
  • Strong organisation, planning and time management skills
  • Confidence translating complex technical concepts into clear, practical language for non-technical stakeholders

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
