Job summary

easyJet holidays is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead within the Technology team to drive the delivery of digital products. You will partner with Product Owners and technology partners to translate priorities into tangible technical outcomes, balancing quality, budgets and timelines.

Based at our HQ near Luton Airport with a hybrid model (3 days in the office), you will lead cross‑functional delivery teams, embed agile practices, manage risks, and continuously improve delivery performance across

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering digital solutions.
• Experience with third-party technology suppliers.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore delivery partners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners to guide delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Plan and forecast delivery through estimation, resource planning and delivery input.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to evolve solutions through discovery and delivery.
• Embed agile ways of working and improve delivery practices across teams and suppliers.
• Manage delivery budgets, milestones, quality standards and timelines.
• Provide regular updates on delivery progress, risks and outcomes to stakeholders and governance groups.
• Lead internal and third-party delivery teams to develop, test and release software solutions.
• Identify delivery risks and issues and implement mitigation plans where needed.
• Encourage collaboration across teams to improve solutions and outcomes.
