Job summary

Viridien, an advanced technology and Earth data company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (12-Month Maternity Cover) to lead end-to-end recruitment across the UK/EMEA with a focus on technical roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR stakeholders and the global TA team to attract top talent and drive employer branding initiatives.

The role requires deep sourcing expertise, strong stakeholder management, and experience delivering complex searches.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, including 2–3 years hands-on technical recruitment.
• Experience recruiting across technology, engineering, software, infrastructure, data or other specialist technical disciplines.
• Proven track record delivering complex, hard-to-fill searches and direct sourcing of passive talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across UK/EMEA, focusing on technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and engage talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, databases and relevant channels.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights on availability, skills trends and conditions.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and efficient hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR CoEs, HRBPs and the global TA team.
• Support employer branding, university recruitment, STEM/early-career and ID&E initiatives.
• Operate in a matrix environment across multiple countries.
