Job summary

Viridien is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across the UK/EMEA, focusing on technical and specialist roles. You will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract top talent and support employer branding and university relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 4+ years in recruitment.
• At least 2–3 years of hands-on technical recruitment in-house or agency.
• Experience recruiting across technology, engineering, software, infrastructure or data roles.

• Manage full-cycle UK/EMEA recruitment for technical and specialist roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and build sourcing strategies.
• Deliver an efficient, candidate-focused hiring process and insights on market trends.
