Job summary

Viridien seeks a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (12-month maternity cover) to join our Human Resources team in the UK/EMEA region. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and specialist roles and partner with hiring managers to attract high-quality talent.

You will also support university relations, employer branding, and collaborate with the global TA team while navigating a multi-country environment.

Qualifications

4+ years of recruitment experience, including 2–3 years of hands-on technical recruitment.
Experience recruiting across technology, engineering, software, infrastructure or data.
Proven track record delivering complex and hard-to-fill searches, including direct sourcing of passive talent.
Experience with ATS/CRM and sourcing/talent intelligence tools in a matrix, multi-country environment.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment across UK/EMEA with a focus on technical roles.
Partner with hiring managers to translate business and technical needs into recruitment strategies.
Proactively source and engage talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and talent databases.
Provide hiring managers with market insights on candidate availability and skills trends.
Deliver a consistent, efficient hiring process and strong candidate experience.
Collaborate with HR CoEs, HRBPs and the global TA team on initiatives.
Support employer branding, university relations and STEM/early-career programs.
