Job summary

EY Parthenon in London is seeking an experienced Manager to lead Tech strategy and execution within our S&E team. You will oversee end-to-end technology due diligence, guide carve‑outs and integrations, and shape 100‑day plans to unlock value in transactions.

You will mentor juniors and work across EY service lines to deliver integrated insights. The role focuses on enterprise technology, cybersecurity and product tech within a Transaction context, with senior client interaction and delivery

Qualifications

• Deliver end to end technology due diligence across the target's technology estate.
• Evaluate carve‑out complexity and separation costs.
• Advise on separation and integration strategies from signing to close.
• Develop 100‑day integration and transformation plans for value creation.
• Conduct rapid diagnostics to identify constraints and cost levers.
• Lead workstreams and develop junior colleagues in multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with EY service lines to deliver cohesive insights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end to end technology due diligence across a target's technology estate — highlighting risks, value drivers, investment requirements, and operational implications.
• Evaluate carve‑out complexity and scenario options, assessing dependencies and separation costs.
• Advise clients on separation and integration strategies from sign to close, shaping day‑1 readiness and operating models.
• Develop 100‑day integration and transformation plans outlining synergy opportunities and routes to value creation.
• Conduct rapid value‑creation diagnostics, identifying constraints and cost optimization levers.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with other EY service lines to deliver cohesive insights.
• Lead workstreams, develop junior colleagues, and contribute to internal initiatives.
