Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Manager to lead IT M&A initiatives across the UK and Ireland. You will drive pre-deal diligence, value creation and post-merger integration, coordinating across advisory teams while guiding IT strategy and execution for complex transactions.

You will apply deep IT expertise in Enterprise Architecture, IT operating models, and data management to support private equity and corporate clients, shaping successful deal outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science or IT is preferred; equivalent experience is essential.
• Strong experience of leading and delivering IT M&A assignments, including IT due diligence and value creation.
• Deep hands-on experience across core IT areas: Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, IT Infrastructure, site separation and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT pre-deal, value creation, post-deal, separation and integration engagements across UKI.
• Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver on complex M&A IT workstreams.
• Advise senior IT stakeholders on IT strategy, planning and execution to support transactions.
