Job summary

EY Parthenon in London is seeking a Senior Executive within Deal Management, Strategy and Execution. You will support origination activities, prepare pitches, and guide clients through deal work in fast-paced environments, partnering with senior leaders to shape integration, carve-out and value-creation strategies.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, experience in professional services, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across transactions and advisory practices.

Qualifications

• Specialism in at least three of these areas:
• Professional services / consulting;
• Transactions: ideally due diligence, carve-out or integrations experience; or
• Deep understanding of one or more core operational functions
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to link operational analysis to financial statements, and understand the implications of findings to client strategy

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Executive within our Deal Management team, you’d assist in aspects of business origination, including pitches and presentations to potential clients to help sell work, and work in a transaction environment operating under tight timeframes for some of EY’s most demanding clients.
• As a consultant you’ll advise clients across all sectors, supporting key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for value creation.
• You would also be expected to contribute to our practice development initiatives, supporting the continued focus on our team as a great place to work.
