Job summary

EY Parthenon is seeking a Manager in London to advise clients on technology due diligence within M&A, separation and integration strategies, and post‑close value realization. You will lead cross‑functional teams, work with CIOs/CTOs/CISOs, and mentor junior colleagues in a dynamic transaction environment.

You will apply broad technology knowledge to translate technical risk into business implications, drive engagement delivery, and contribute to EY Parthenon’s growing tech strategy practice from

Qualifications

• Strong technology strategy and execution capabilities.
• Experience evaluating technology platforms in M&A or transaction contexts.
• Ability to communicate complex tech concepts to non-technical executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology due diligence across target tech estates.
• Advise on separation/integration strategies from sign to close.
• Develop 100‑day integration and transformation plans with clear value drivers.
• Lead workstreams, mentor juniors, and collaborate with EY service lines.
• Engage with CIOs/CTOs/CISOs and private equity teams to support transactions.
