- Strong understanding of ITIL and service management principles.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Technology Services & Support across all campuses.
- Provide direction and coaching to managers and specialist teams.
- Oversee support operations, including performance, governance and knowledge management.
- Develop and embed a hybrid support model for remote and on-site services.
- Ensure classrooms, AV, and end-user devices meet requirements.
- Use feedback and performance data to shape priorities.
- Lead initiatives for digital adoption, automation and AI-enabled services.
- Manage supplier relationships and external partners.
- Act as senior escalation point for significant issues.
- Contribute to technology strategy, workforce planning and investment decisions.
