As a Tech SEO Manager, you will lead technical SEO initiatives to enhance organic search performance across multiple regions and languages. You will play a key role in ensuring the website’s technical health, improving Core Web Vitals, and setting up scalable SEO structures for international growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical SEO strategy, ensuring best practices are implemented across all digital properties
• Advise on site structure, crawlability, indexation, and page speed improvements
• Work closely with developers to ensure SEO is factored into all technical decisions
• Provide insights on Core Web Vitals and site health metrics, making recommendations for improvements
• Support CMS migration projects, ensuring SEO continuity and minimal disruption
• Develop a framework for international SEO, including geo-targeting and hreflang strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical SEO, ideally for global brands
• Expertise in international SEO, including multiple region and language targeting
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, structured data, and website architecture
• Experience in CMS migrations and large-scale website transitions
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools
• Ability to work closely with developers, product teams, and content strategists
