Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ in Milton Keynes is hiring a part-time Retail Advisor to help customers choose from our range of mobile, broadband and TV services. You’ll focus on great service, trust and solving questions, with an hourly rate of £13.45 and structured induction.

Join a close-knit store team, benefit from training, flexible shifts, and extra perks such as healthcare, pension and holiday. You’ll work evenings or weekends as needed and play a key role in achieving customer satisfaction and store

Responsibilities

Help customers choose from our range of products including mobile, broadband and TV services.
Assist customers in selecting price plans and setup.
Showcase features and accessibility tools on devices.
Take ownership of customer queries and resolve issues.
Collaborate with the store team to hit targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
