Flourish is hiring Sales Representatives to join a growing, high-energy sales team. You will generate new business opportunities through outbound activity and conversations with prospective clients, aiming to hit targets and progress deals.

A base salary of £28k–£34k with uncapped commission is on offer, plus structured training and clear progression into senior roles. This role rewards proactivity and a hunger to learn fast, with a real opportunity to contribute as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 6–18 months in a sales, BD, or customer-facing role.
• Confident communicator who’s comfortable picking up the phone.
• Motivated by targets, progression, and earning potential.
• Coachable, resilient, and driven to improve.
• A genuine interest in building a career in sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and engaging new customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Building pipeline through high-quality outbound activity.
• Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for senior sales or progressing deals yourself.
• Managing your own pipeline and consistently hitting targets.
• Collaborating closely with the wider sales team to refine messaging and approach.
