Flourish, a rapidly growing IT provider backed by a leading technology group, invites ambitious individuals to join its Sales Executive Apprenticeship Programme in Central London (4 days a week). You will gain hands-on commercial experience, earn a competitive salary from day one, and complete a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive qualification.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required.
• Structured training and ongoing mentorship provided.
• Exposure to the full sales cycle and consultative selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Building relationships with new and existing customers.
• Supporting account management and business development activities.
• Researching prospective organisations and identifying opportunities.
• Conducting outreach through phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Attending customer meetings and learning consultative selling techniques.
• Supporting proposals, presentations and customer reviews.
• Maintaining CRM records and managing sales data.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success and Operations teams.
