Aztrum is a leading technology solutions provider seeking a Sales Support Executive in Finnieston. The role focuses on supporting the sales team through admin tasks, quotations, orders, and CRM management to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery.

Ideal candidates will have experience in sales support or sales operations within IT or telecoms, strong organisational skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Sales Operations role.
• Experience within IT, Telecommunications, Managed Services, or Unified Communications would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with day-to-day sales administration.
• Produce accurate quotations, proposals, and customer documentation.
• Process customer orders and liaise with suppliers and internal departments.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information.
• Coordinate project administration and assist with delivery timelines.
• Prepare reports, sales documentation, and meeting materials.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
