EPAM Systems, Inc. in Newry is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR/Inside Sales) to join the Enterprise Tech Sales career path. You will book meetings, engage with prospects and learn the EPAM sales process with training and mentorship.

The role operates in a hybrid model with support from a global network of technologists and leaders, offering a clear path to direct/field sales, partner sales, or leadership roles within our SDR unit.

Qualifications

• University graduate preferred; degrees or certifications in IT, Software, Sales/Marketing, or related fields are a plus
• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, customer service, or lead/demand generation (1–2 years) is desirable
• French or Spanish language skills are a plus (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with ideal buyer personas across target accounts to create new opportunities for EPAM’s sales and account management teams
• Engage prospects through LinkedIn, email, calls, video and social media to spark conversations and build relationships
• Schedule discovery calls and business meetings to present tailored EPAM solutions and opportunities
• Adhere to sales cadence and best practices to ensure a structured prospecting approach
• Qualify leads using criteria like budget, authority, needs, and timelines (BANT)
• Use CRM systems to track activity and maintain data quality while adhering to GDPR
