Fruition Group is seeking a motivated tech recruiter to join Future Tech, our London expansion. You will source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and beyond, write engaging job ads, screen by phone, manage interview stages and extend offers.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in tech, with ability to source top candidates via multiple channels.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a candidate network.

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and beyond
• Writing and posting job ads
• Screening candidates by phone and managing them through interview
• Extending offers and handling tough conversations when needed
• Building a genuine, lasting talent pipeline

• Staying sharp on what's moving in tech
• Winning new clients and deepening existing relationships
• Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date
• Meeting clients face-to-face to explore new opportunities
