Job summary

Fruition Group is seeking a motivated tech recruiter to join Future Tech, our London expansion. You will source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and beyond, write engaging job ads, screen by phone, manage interview stages and extend offers.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in tech, with ability to source top candidates via multiple channels.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a candidate network.

What we're looking for

• Someone who communicates well and reads the room, whatever the audience
• A relationship-builder for the long term
• Comfortable having the hard conversations when they're needed
• Sharp, analytical, organised, the details don't slip
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey key messages to diverse and wide audiences
• Used to working to targets and delivering
• Tech recruitment experience is a plus
