FIFTEEN WEST in London is seeking a Senior Consultant to build a technology recruitment desk and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates across product, AI & data, marketing & sales, and technology divisions.

You will connect with product managers, directors and CPOs across startups, scale-ups and established organisations, developing a recognised presence in your market. The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office in Shoreditch.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years recruitment experience in technology or related markets.
• Proven interest in BD and building client relationships.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a specialist technology recruitment desk and portfolio of clients.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Become a recognised name within your chosen market across product, AI & data, marketing & sales, and tech.
