Job summary

JD Sports in the UK is seeking a Technology Operations Delivery Manager to coordinate IT delivery for new store openings, refurbishments and decommissions across UK/EU. You will partner with the Portfolio Manager to ensure IT readiness for each store project.

Responsibilities include supplier liaison, risk and issue management, maintaining documentation, and timely handover to Tech Operations. Strong communication, attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end IT delivery for new stores and refreshes across UK/EU.
Liaise with suppliers and manage kit orders to meet deadlines.
Manage risks, issues, actions, and decisions; escalate when needed.
Maintain documentation and issue logs; ensure updates to stakeholders.
Oversee store IT handovers to Tech Operations and support teams.
Review third-party installation work to ensure JD standards.
Ensure all store programme deadlines are met.
