Job summary

JDSports is seeking a Technology Operations Delivery Manager to coordinate IT elements for all new store openings and store refreshes across the UK and EU.

Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will manage end-to-end delivery, liaise with suppliers, prepare documentation, and ensure deadlines are met for each store. A proactive 'can do' attitude and strong stakeholder communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end IT delivery for new stores across UK/EU.
• Manage kit ordering, supplier liaison and meeting deadlines.
• Mitigate risks, issues, actions, and decisions with escalation when needed.
• Support continuous improvement within Technology Operations NSO team.
• Maintain regular communications with stores and stakeholders.
• Oversee store openings from installation to completion.
• Create and maintain store capex records.
• Ensure all programme deadlines are met and handovers completed.
• Coordinate with warehouses and 3rd parties for kit prep and shipping.
