Job summary

Dunelm is seeking a Project Manager in Store Technology to lead technology projects for our stores. You’ll partner with Product Delivery, Engineering, Architecture and Operations to deliver value, drive adoption and ensure scalable, secure solutions.

You’ll coach the team and champion a culture of ownership and continuous improvement across the business. You’ll manage end-to-end delivery with stakeholders and external partners, ensuring benefits are realized for customers and colleagues alike,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology or digital projects in a complex business environment.
• Strong project management with planning, governance and risk management.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of store technology projects from planning to adoption.
• Create and maintain project plans, milestones and roadmaps.
• Manage risks, issues, budgets, scope and timelines with stakeholder visibility.
• Coordinate between Technology, Store Operations, business stakeholders and suppliers.
• Build relationships with third-party partners and ensure delivery quality.
• Establish governance, reporting and communication to support decisions.
• Work with Engineering, Product Delivery and Operations to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
• Lead and develop a team through coaching and performance management.
• Foster a collaborative culture with ownership and continuous improvement.
• Ensure technology investments deliver measurable benefits for customers and stores.
