Job summary

Abridge is hiring a Leadership Recruiter, Tech to lead searches for our most critical technology, product, and design leaders. You’ll own VP, Head-of, and Director-level searches in Engineering, AI/Research, Product, and Design, partnering with our CTO and VP, Product to shape how we hire as we scale.

This senior individual contributor role reports to the leader of Exec Recruiting and offers a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in recruiting, with 5+ years leading executive searches in tech
• Proven track record closing VP+ hires in Engineering, AI/ML, Product, or Design
• Credibility with CEOs and executive teams, data-driven decision making
• Strong judgment on leadership talent and candid feedback
• Discretion with confidential searches
• Experience negotiating offers and equity for senior roles

Responsibilities

• Run confidential, high-stakes searches for leaders in Engineering, AI/Research, Product, and Design
• Partner with executives to define role scope, success criteria, and interview panels
• Build your own pipeline through direct sourcing, networks, and referrals
• Collaborate with external search firms when appropriate
• Guide candidates through the process and close them with compelling storytelling about mission and growth
• Structure and negotiate senior offers with Recruiting leadership and Finance
• Track market intelligence on talent, compensation, and competitors
• Improve executive hiring processes, scorecards, and candidate experience
• Report search progress and pipeline health using data
