Capsa AI is building the AI Operating System for private capital, hiring senior engineers across backend, fullstack, platform and AI roles. You’ll own multiple senior searches, run outbound sourcing, screen for technical depth, and manage offers with CTO alignment and hiring manager insight.

You’ll partner with our Talent Lead and engineering leads to run a fast, candidate-first process and deliver sourcing playbooks that scale as we grow in London and beyond.

Qualifications

• Five or more years hiring senior software engineers, ideally at venture-backed startups or scale-ups.
• Outbound is your strength with a track record of building pipelines from scratch.
• You can discuss backend, distributed systems, infrastructure and AI/ML engineering.
• You close hard-to-hire engineers against competing offers.
• London market knowledge of engineering talent and where great engineers sit.

Responsabilités

• Drive a live engineering hiring plan with multiple senior searches in parallel.
• Source engineers who aren’t actively applying through multi-channel outreach.
• Run a tight, candidate-first process and maintain momentum in the pipeline.
• Partner with the CTO to calibrate profiles and briefs for hiring managers.
• Manage offers and counter-offers to secure the right hires.
• Deliver reusable sourcing playbooks and outreach templates.
