Job summary

ICAEW in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Manager, Tech Governance, Change & Comms to lead governance, change management and communications across the tech portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment, transparency and adoption.

You will manage the Tech Change Manager, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive delivery standards using established frameworks. The role offers a hybrid pattern with a salary of £70,000-£85,000 and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology leadership across governance, PMO or business change.
• Proven ability to manage teams and large-scale digital portfolios.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking.
• Familiarity with Jira, Power BI or ServiceNow preferred.
