Job summary

ICAEW in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Manager, Tech Governance, Change & Comms to lead technology governance, change management and communications functions, ensuring the tech portfolio is strategically aligned and well-governed.

You will manage the Tech Change Manager, driving delivery discipline and stakeholder engagement to ensure measurable benefits across the organisation, with a hybrid working model and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

Experience in technology leadership roles across governance, PMO, or business change.
Degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent.
Professional certifications in MoP, PRINCE2, MSP, PROSCI, or similar desirable.
Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Jira, Power BI, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Lead technology governance, change management and communications functions.
Provide direction to the Tech Change Manager and ensure portfolio delivery alignment.
Oversee governance and prioritisation processes with the Portfolio Steering Group.
Drive delivery discipline and ensure benefits tracking and value realization.
