• Experience in office fit-out, workplace, commercial property, construction or development.
• Ability to work with technical teams while managing a broader construction programme.
• You don’t need to be a technology specialist, but you should understand how technology fits into a building.

• New office builds, CAT B fit-outs and refurbishments.
• Comms rooms, cabling and physical infrastructure.
• Wi‑Fi, AV, access control and workplace technology.
