Job summary

Arc IT Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager in London to lead technology delivery for office fit-outs and infrastructure projects. The role covers design through handover, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers across cabling, AV, WiFi and telco.

You will build Waterfall plans, maintain RAID logs, manage risks, and define test criteria while providing stakeholders with regular progress updates and contributing to governance improvements within the

Qualifications

5+ years in project management within complex technology environments.
Proven track record delivering tech into office fit-outs or similar spaces.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects, suppliers and trades concurrently.
Excellent documentation, planning and stakeholder communication skills.
PRINCE2 or PMBOK methodology experience.

Responsibilities

Lead technology delivery on multiple office fit-out and infrastructure projects from design to handover.
Collaborate with internal tech and operations teams and third-party suppliers (cabling, AV, WiFi, telco).
Maintain structured Waterfall plans and RAID logs, manage risks and dependencies.
Define test plans and acceptance criteria; provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders.
Help improve PM governance across the team.
