Job summary

Arc IT Recruitment Limited seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead technology delivery for office fit-outs and infrastructure in London. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate suppliers and trades, and drive governance and planning from design through handover.

The role requires 5+ years in complex tech environments, with PRINCE2/PMBOK, and a strong focus on documentation and stakeholder communication. Hybrid work includes 4 days in-office and 1 remote day.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager in complex technology environments.
• Experience delivering technology into office space, including fit-outs.
• Ability coordinating multiple projects, suppliers and trades.
• Strong documentation and planning skills.
• PRINCE2 or PMBOK certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology delivery on multiple fit-out and infrastructure projects.
• Build structured Waterfall plans and RAID logs.
• Define test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Support governance improvements within the PM team.
