Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' commercial fit-out experience.
• Experience delivering in office/workplace sector.
• Knowledge of RIBA stages and JCT contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial office fit-out projects through RIBA stages.
• Develop detailed project programmes and communicate progress.
• Coordinate external consultants (M&E, structural, etc.).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams.
